South Korean multinational company Samsung Electronics is developing RF31FMESBSR 36” Four-Door Refrigerator with automatic sparkling water dispenser powered by SodaStream.

SodaStream's personalized carbonation technology in the new refrigerator is said to deliver cold, filtered sparkling water from the same mechanism on the refrigerator door that produces still water and ice.

Using a standard SodaStream 60L CO2 cylinder present inside the left refrigerator door, the sparkling water dispenser delivers sparkling water at the push of a button.

The new Four-Door Refrigerator also allows consumers to select up to three levels of carbonation for sparkling water.

It also features a counter-height FlexZone drawer with four temperature settings and Twin Cooling Plus technology that keeps food fresher longer.

Samsung Electronics America home appliances sales and marketing senior vice president Kevin Dexter said, "By joining forces with SodaStream, we are able to offer our consumers something never before seen on a refrigerator and bring a new experience to the kitchen."

The new refrigerator will be available in the US in April 2013 at a suggested retail price of $3899.
