This year there will be a chef at the stand again, to prepare culinary recipes with vegetables processed on the Sormac machines. An orange carrot ice cream has even been developed especially for Sormac.

Another unique creation that can be tasted is the Chase Vodka, which has been nominated the best vodka in the world by the prestigious San Francisco World Spirit Competition.

The first premium potato vodka made from the King Edward & Lady Clair potato variety, which grows in the wet, fertile ground of Herefordshire. The potatoes that form the base of this soft, naturally sweet and creamy flavour, are peeling of the Sormac CRP 12 role scraper.
