Advanced H2O Solutions offers clean-technology water purification methods including carbon and reverse osmosis filtration.
It also provides bottle-less drinking water to major corporations, financial institutions, government offices, schools and professional services in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Delaware.
Quench chief executive officer Anthony Ibarguen said that with this acquisition, the company will be able to add several new customers in key mid-Atlantic markets.
"Building our customer base and providing best-in-class service nationwide is the basis of Quench's growth strategy, and we are pleased to add Advanced H2O Solutions' customer base to our business," Ibarguen added.
Advanced H2O Solutions president Adam Glasgow said, "Quench's broad product line, commitment to offering the best filtration technologies, and service orientation will add tremendous value for our customers."
