Organiser reports lofty registration levels for ProSweets Cologne 2013
Six months before the event, around 200 companies have confirmed their participation for the show at…Six months before the event, around 200 companies have confirmed their participation for the show at the Koelnmesse between 27 and 30 January 2013.
ProSweets showcases suppliers for the production, processing and packaging of confectionery. The trade fair is held alongside ISM - International Sweets and Biscuits Fair – allowing manufacturers and suppliers the chance to come together.
Companies confirmed in the processing segment include Bühler and Sollich, while participants in packaging and packaging machinery include Bosch, Cavanna and Schubert.
Ingredients firms, such as Chr. Hansen and Denk Ingredients will also be at the show.
ProSweets 2013 is also hosting firms secondary segments like food safety and quality management.
