The company has unveiled the new packaging for 200g and 350g blocks of Dairy Milk, which will be available for a limited time.

A Cadbury spokesperson said the Olympic-inspired design marks the first time in Cadbury Dairy Milk's history that its iconic purple has not been the dominant feature of the packaging.

Kraft Foods also plans to launch the Olympic-inspired for the following products - Vegemite, Oreo and The Natural Confectionery Company, reported the West Australian.

Cadbury is one of the sponsors of the 2012 Australian Olympic Team.
