US-based Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar has introduced two new entrees - Roasted Lobster Tail and Chateaubriand with Crab Glacage, to its offerings just in time for the Valentine's Day.

The new Roasted Lobster Tail features vanilla lemon butter, mac and cheese with crispy pancetta, while the Chateaubriand with Crab Glacage features a center cut tenderloin, creamy jumbo lump crab, madeira sauce, asparagus spears, said the company.

Roasted Lobster Tail and Chateaubriand with Crab Glacage will be available, each at an RRP of $69.95.

In addition, Fleming's will also be offering additional menu items such as Heirloom Tomato & Housemade Burrata, Citrus Marinated Salmon Tartare, Chateaubriand with Crab Glacage and Chocolate Budino.

Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar offers prime meats and chops, fresh fish and poultry, salads and side orders along with wine. The company has about 65 restaurants across the US.
