Mimi's Cafe, a French-inspired casual dining restaurant, is introducing All-You-Can-Eat Lunch for the month of January, which includes unlimited soup, salad and a muffin.

The hot and savory soups options include Cafe Corn Chowder, Mimi's Classic French Onion, Roasted Tomato & Basil Bisque, or soup of the day. Guests can also choose Garden or Caesar Salad, and a freshly-baked classic muffin.

The All-You-Can-Eat Lunch is available for $6.99.

Commenting on the new offering, Mimi's Cafe president and chief concept officer Mark Mears said that Mimi's is well known for flavorful soups, fresh salads, and muffins

"We believe this special lunch offer is the perfect way to chase away the post-holiday 'blues' and get the New Year off to a healthier start," added Mears.

Mimi's Cafe, which has 45 locations in 24 states, offers breakfast, lunch and dinner menus.
