John Coletta has been named chief financial officer at Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc., effective Oct. 21. Mr. Coletta will assume the position formerly held by Manny Hilario, who was appointed chief operations officer in July.
Mr. Coletta has more than 25 years of experience in finance, strategy and executive management in restaurants, hospitality, retail and development. He currently is c.f.o. at Quiznos, a restaurant concept with 3,000 units across 33 countries, where he also was president of the Food Division.
In addition to his finance experience, Mr. Coletta has experience in supply chain management, optimizing cash management and improving the supply processes along with strategies to improve food quality, cost and distribution reliability. Prior to Quiznos he was c.f.o. at Real Goods Solar; c.f.o./president at Cartridge World; and c.f.o./chief administrative officer at Rock Bottom Restaurants, Inc. He began his career at Arthur Andersen L.L.P. where he spent nearly a decade in its audit and business advisory division.
He received a bachelor’s of science degree in accounting from Loyola Marymount University.
