American chain of drive-in restaurants Sonic has introduced Cinnasnacks – its new warm pastry bites - to its breakfast offerings.

The new Cinnasnacks are filled with sweet cinnamon and are served with real cream cheese frosting for dipping. These limited time breakfast snacks are available in two snackable sizes, including three-piece and five-piece.

Commenting on the launch Sonic chief marketing officer James O'Reilly said that the new Cinnasnacks will complement the restaurant's savory breakfast burritos and Toasters.

"And since Cinnasnacks are portable, we've noticed that customers love them as a grab-and-go snack later in the day as well - another reason we serve our entire menu all day," added O'Reilly.

Currently, Sonic has more than 3,500 drive-ins serving approximately 3 million customers every day across the country.
