Fast-food chain KFC Australia has launched a twist on the classic Australian meat pie, the Zinger Pie, at its restaurants nationwide.

KFC Australia said the pie is filled with 100 per cent chicken breast, marinated in KFC’s “signature spicy Zinger marinade” and a classic gravy.

“Our customers fell in love with the Zinger Pie when we tested it earlier this year,” said Valerie Kubizniak, KFC Spokesperson. “At KFC, we’re continuing to innovate and develop exciting new menu options to suit the taste of Aussies, bringing exclusive tasty products like the Zinger Pie to the two million customers we serve each week,” she said.

The Zinger Pie will be available for a limited time only from 10 September 2013.
