the value-added division of Pacific Seafood, has launched a retail version of its Panko Breaded Shrimp Burger.
The retail pack consists of two 3.5-ounce oven ready panko breaded shrimp burgers.
The foodservice version of the burger was introduced at the 2013 International Boston Seafood Show. It was the first shrimp burger on the market made with whole Vannamei white shrimp, with seven shrimp in each burger.
