Indena S.A.S. - part of the Indena group, a producer of plant-derived active principles for use in t…Indena S.A.S. - part of the Indena group, a producer of plant-derived active principles for use in the pharmaceutical, health-food and personal care industries - and the Chinese Youcare Pharmaceutical Group participated in the Économique Franco-Chinois Forum, recently organised by the Comité France Chine to celebrate 50 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries on the occasion of the Chinese president’s visit in France.
The forum saw more than 500 participants, 220 of whom were managers of Chinese companies, and was officially closed by Xi Jinping, President of the People’s Republic of China, and François Hollande, President of the French Republic. Fifty agreements were signed among the companies represented. Indena S.A.S. and Youcare Pharmaceutical Group signed the only agreement in the pharmaceutical sector, aimed at improving their collaboration in producing a high quality botanical extract for the pharmaceutical market; the companies also said that they will cooperate in additional projects.
