Have you ever wondered which restaurant ranks No. 1 on corporate expense accounts? Here’s a hint: Americans love their triple mocha lattes. According to a recent report by travel and expense managagement company, Certify, Starbucks ranked No. 1 among the list of the most expensed restaurants in 2012, racking up nearly 21,000 transactions at an average of $7.54 per transaction, reported The New York Times.

Business travelers frequented McDonald's second most with 12,419 transactions averaging $6.73 per bill, while Subway came in third place, garnereing 8,627 transactions with an average bill of $11.88. Panera Bread ranked fourth with 5,156 transactions and an average bill of $19.12, and Burger King rounded out the top 5 with 4,091 transactions with an average bill of $8.45.
