Verlasso, a provider of harmoniously raised fish, has expanded its market presence through a new partnership with Acme Smoked Fish Corporation, a Brooklyn, New York-based producer and distributor of smoked fish.

With the new partnership, Verlasso Smoked Salmon will be available in November for pick up nationally in a variety of sizes under Acme's premium, all-natural Blue Hill Bay Smoked Seafood brand.

Acme Smoked Fish strategy and business development vice president said that the company is the Verlasso salmon is naturally cured and smoked with Blue Hill Bay's time-tested techniques to offer a premium, all-natural smoked salmon.

The smoked Verlasso will come in two sizes: a 3-ounce ready-to-eat package that is suitable for the home cook and a bulk package that will range from 2 to 3 pounds, suitable for delis and prepared foods sections of grocery stores, caterers, restaurants and other providers in the food service industry.
