Freije and RSC announce merger
Freije Engineered Solutions, Fishers, Indiana, and Refrigeration Systems Company (RSC), Columbus, Oh…Freije Engineered Solutions, Fishers, Indiana, and Refrigeration Systems Company (RSC), Columbus, Ohio, have just merged.
Combined, the two companies employ nearly 200 workers who specialize in industrial refrigeration, mechanical and electrical engineering, service, and installation solutions for mission critical facilities.
Freije has been serving mission critical facilities, including food distribution and processing, for more than 50 years. Its services include industrial and commercial refrigeration and mechanical, plumbing and electrical services.
RSC, founded in 1961, provides customized refrigeration engineering, preventive maintenance and repair as well as design/build services for industrial clients in the food distribution and food processing industries. It is a founding member of the International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration.
"Freije and RSC bring a wealth of expertise and solutions-based services to the table, which will result in added value to our industrial and commercial clients," said Mike Webster, president of Freije.
