Idaho-based Clear Springs Foods has added premium swai portions — also known as pangasius — to its product line.

The company’s 1- to 3-ounce portions are coated in three flavors: Tortilla Crusted, Parmesan Crusted and Sriracha Spicy.

Clear Springs called the line “extremely versatile” and provides recipe ideas on its website.
