summary:West Best Foods of Las Vegas, NV is recalling approximately 13,776 pounds of lasagna products because they contain soy, an allergen not declared on the label, FSIS announced Tuesday....
The problem was discovered during a routine food safety assessment and may have occurred as a result of an ingredient reformulation, according to the company's recall alert.
