Farmfoods has withdrawn a number of own-brand pre-packed cooked meats, because the packaging incorrectly states ‘best before’ rather than ‘use by’. The Agency has issued a Product Withdrawal Information Notice.

• Farmfoods Cooked Ham, 200g
• Farmfoods Honey Roast Ham, 300g
• Farmfoods Lean Ham, 300g
• Farmfoods Lean Breaded Ham, 300g
• Farmfoods Pork Luncheon Meat, 250g
• Farmfoods Garlic Sausage, 250g
• Farmfoods Wafer Thin Ham, 400g

Farmfoods has withdrawn the above products from all of its stores, because the packaging incorrectly states ‘best before’ rather than ‘use by’.

If you have bought any of the above products, please eat it by the date shown on the packaging and within two days of opening.

Point-of-sale notices are being displayed in stores. No other Farmfoods products are known to be affected.
