There have been 37 confirmed outbreaks of Porcine Epidemic Diarrhoea (PED) in Canada.

In its latest update on PED in Canada, Manitoba Pork reports the following confirmed outbreaks:

• Manitoba: There has been one confirmed case.
• Quebec: There has been one confirmed case.
• Prince Edward Island: There has been one confirmed case.
• Ontario: There have been 34 confirmed cases. The three latest outbreaks - in Huron, Perth and an unidentified county - were announced on 17 March.

The first PED outbreak in Canada was on 22 January 2014.
