About the Company :
Acalmar Oils & Fats Limited (AOFL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Wilmar Limited (AWL) and is presently engaged in the business of manufacturing of refined edible oils of various kinds like refined palmolein, vanaspati, etc. The refinery, located at Kakinada, Hyderabad is a port based, which helps AOFL reduce the freight cost for importing crude palm oil from countries like Indonesia and Malaysia. It has refining capacity of 700 TPD & hydrogenation capacity of 100 TPD at its Kakinada plant. AOFL has also made downstream investments in other edible oil companies on the Eastern Coast which include Krishnapatnam Oils and Fats Private Limited (75% ownership), KOG KTV Food Products Limited (50%), KTV Health Food Pvt Ltd. (50%), Varadhraja Agro Industries Pvt Ltd (50%) and KTV Oils and Fats (50%).
