Post private equity fund infusion during FY 13, the promoters hold 76.34% and remaining 23.66% is held by Black River CPF Holdings (Mauritius) Ltd.
In August 2018, the company is planning to make initial public offer (IPO) comprises fresh issuance of shares worth up to Rs 150 crore, besides, an offer for sale of up to 95,43,770 equity shares by TPG Dodla Dairy Holdings Pte Ltd and Dodla Deepa Reddy.
