Vishnuji Refinery Pvt Ltd was originally incorporated in September 2008 as Siddhi Vinayak Cotgin Private Limited which was engaged in business of cotton ginning Subsequently, the unit was acquired by Mr. Sohil Mandanka, Mr. Vijay Mandanka and Mr. Pinakin Mandanka during September 2013 and changed its name to the present one for manufacturing/refining of edible oils.
VRPL has completed a green-field project to manufacture various types of refined oil with an installed capacity of 30,000 metric tons per annum (MTPA) during August 2014. VRPL has commenced commercial production from August 2014 the product portfolio of VRPL includes cotton seed oil, soyabean oil, palm oil and ground nut oil.
