Nitta Gelatin hired Erika Tchang as business development manager for its Wellnex™ collagen peptides product line. Tchang’s role is focused on developing the North American and European markets for collagen peptides.
“With a new collagen peptide manufacturing facility opening in 2014 in North Carolina and Nitta’s science- and clinical-research-backed approach, I’m excited to bring our products and expertise to North America and Europe," she said.
Prior to joining Nitta Gelatin, Tchang recently served as a consultant for dietary supplement and food ingredient manufacturers. She also brings experience in nutricosmetic and nutritional ingredients from past marketing and sales roles for a North American ingredient distributor.
